• Defect Resolution Protocol: Manufacturer defects are resolved through the deployment of replacement parts or hardware kits, not through standard product returns.
• Exclusions: Damage resulting from incorrect self-installation, product alteration, severe weather events, lack of routine maintenance (such as hardware retightening, mower deck cleaning, or espresso machine descaling), or unauthorized commercial use of residential items is explicitly excluded from coverage.
